The Tale of Triumph

She was like a melancholic song..
Embedded with emotions, sharp and strong..
Her black eyes, so dark and deep..
Through them her dreams would weep..
She had a smile, but the curve was fake..
It was the last effort she could make..
Her hair, a soft shade of brown..
A sublime goddess needless of a crown..
She stood at the door wrapped like a gift..
For him to unwrap, damn..his moves were swift..
He pulled her close and grabbed her waist..
His lips forced on hers…alcohol, she could taste..
Pinned to the wall, her dress was unzipped..
Her eyes tight shut, she felt her cover being ripped..
His lips traversed every inch of her chest..
Her privacy unhooked..you can imagine the rest..
Her beating stopped, she laid vulnerable, exposed and torn..
Auctioned in the hands of this demon to bid on..
She could, like others, accepted her destiny..
But her inner conscience called for mutiny..
With much energy, it was quite an escape..
From what can be called, the demonic shape..
Nails tight, knuckles white..finally she ended it all..
With gleaming eyes..like a barren land smiling in first rainfall..
Tall she stood, the entire world could see..
Above their taunts, curses and fake sympathy..
A strong woman with style she was..
Set to live her life by her own laws.
